Product Manager



    TickTech is developing an internal, omni-channel marketing platform. We're trying to understand when it's best to approach a customer with new offer or try to help understand the product better, what offer might be the best for him, which engagement channel to use and how often to engage for each engagement type.

    The system is heavily dependant on data that clients are generating, we analyse it in near-real time and take decisions right away. The flexibility we give to the marketing team brings huge challenges to development. There's plenty of work we've done but there is much more to achieve.    
     This is why we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team and help shaping the future of our company.


As a Product Manager you will be responsible for creating and adjusting features and functionality of a product operated by TickTech Platform. You will bring new ideas, and help develop existing ones based on your experience and market research. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with business owners to define product requirements. You will work with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

  • Evaluate and prioritise features according to market research and company’s vision.

  • Determines operational objectives by gathering information and studying business requirements.

  • Creates functional specifications of the product features and changes.

  • Receive and give guidance to the management on the roadmap and key functionality of the products.

  • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements.

  • Work with multiple teams to optimize product functionality and ensure proper implementation of the requirements.

  • Suggests improvements on business processes, procedures and work practices within the company.



  • Higher education with economic / technical profile.

  • Very good command of English language - written and spoken.

  • Knowledge in the field of product management, business analysis and software analysis process 3+ years.

  • Excellent computer literacy.

  • Excellent organizational, management and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team and solving problems.
